Imaging center chain Comprehensive Medical Imaging has completed its acquisition of 13 imaging centers from U.S. Diagnostic of West Palm Beach, FL.
CMI, a wholly owned subsidiary of Woodland Hills, CA-based Syncor International, took ownership of seven Florida centers effective September 1, and six California centers on September 21. CMI paid approximately $31 million in cash and assumed approximately $1.3 million in debt for the 13 centers, according to Syncor.
