Imaging services provider InSight Health Services has completed the sale of five diagnostic imaging centers to imaging services firm RadNet of Los Angeles.
The five Southern California centers are located in Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Encino, and Valencia, according to InSight of Lake Forest, CA. The sale of a sixth center in Van Nuys, CA, is pending third-party approvals, InSight said.
