St. Rose Dominican Hospitals of Henderson, NV, has entered into an agreement to acquire Nevada Imaging Centers, in partnership with the physicians of Lake Mead Radiologists.
Nevada Imaging Centers has five locations throughout the greater Las Vegas market, including Peccole Ranch, Galleria, Spring Valley, Open MRI, and Siena.
The company will continue to operate under the name Nevada Imaging Centers, and all five locations will become part of the new company.
