University Radiology of Knoxville, TN, said it will soon offer daytime and after-hours radiology support coverage for Lonesome Pine Hospital in Big Stone Gap, VA, and Mountain View Regional Medical Center in Norton, VA.
The new partnerships, which will take effect on September 1, mark the radiology group's expansion into northeast Tennessee and southwest Virginia, according to the company. The group will now provide radiology services to four hospitals in the Wellmont Health System.
In addition, University Radiology said it also recently formed a partnership with Laughlin Memorial Hospital and Trek Radiology in Greeneville, TN.
