Imaging services provider Radiology Partners (RP) has created three internal physician leadership boards to provide input on strategy and national practice decisions.
Three physicians each were appointed to two-year terms on boards for human resources, radiology service coordinators, and RP University.
The human resources physician board will assist with recruitment, retention, and performance management strategies, according to the radiology group. The radiology service coordinators physician board will establish best practices for collaboration and efficiency among radiologists and service coordinators, while the RP University board will refine and add to the university's physician leadership curriculum, Radiology Partners said.
