Dr. Christine Menias has been named the new editor of RadioGraphics, the diagnostic radiology journal published by the RSNA.
Menias will start the position in January 2021, succeeding Dr. Jeffrey Klein, who has been the editor since 2012. She is the journal's first female editor.
Menias is a professor of radiology at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science in Arizona, as well as a consultant in Mayo's department of radiology, where she is chair of the division of abdominal imaging.
Prior to joining Mayo, Menias was a professor of radiology, co-director of body CT and emergency radiology, and the assistant residency program director of radiology at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology in St. Louis, where she currently holds an adjunct professorship.
