Long-time Diagnostic Imaging editor Peter Ogle is stepping down from his position as head of the magazine's editorial operations for an extended leave of absence, ending a 19-year run at the San Francisco-based publication.
Taking Ogle's place as editor at the magazine is John Hayes, who previously served as senior executive editor. While Ogle will no longer manage the publication, he may return in a consulting role at some point in the future.
