ASRT House of Delegates speaker resigns

The new speaker is Richard Fucillo of Las Vegas, NV. Another vice speaker pro tem will be elected in June at a meeting of the House of Delegates in Birmingham, AL. The delegates will also elect a speaker and vice speaker to serve one-year terms on the ASRT board of directors during 2002 and 2003.
