Del Global Technologies chairman Roger Winston has resigned. Winston had joined the Valhalla, NY-based firm's board of directors in February 1999, and was appointed chairman in February 2001 following the resignation of previous chairman and CEO Leonard Trugman.
Del President and CEO Samuel Park said that Del is beginning a search to add to its board of directors. The company is also working to address requirements necessary for an application to re-list its stock on a national exchange, Park said.
