Equipment asset management firm Thermo USCS, a Brookfield, WI-based business unit of Thermo Electron, has named Carolina Schwegler as its new global operations director.
Schwegler previously served as director of quality and service engineering at GE Healthcare in its information technology division and has more than 15 years of experience in the engineering field, including managerial roles in product and system quality, Thermo USCS said. In her new position, she will be responsible for managing program development and extending Thermo USCS' operational model outside the U.S., according to the firm.
