Agfa HealthCare has named Dr. Jonathan Elion to the newly created position of chief medical officer, the Mortsel, Belgium-based company reported.
Elion was the medical director and co-founder of Heartlab, a Westerly, RI-based cardiac information and image management firm that Agfa acquired in June 2005.
