Minrad has promoted executive vice president and COO William Bednarski to president and CFO.
Bednarski, who will oversee the departments of regulatory, finance, and corporate development, will report to chairman and CEO William Burns, according to the Buffalo, NY-based firm.
In other Minrad news, the firm has appointed Ken Kiyama as vice president of marketing. Kiyama comes to Minrad with more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, and most recently served as director of strategic planning and market analysis at Targenix.
