Multimodality vendor Toshiba America Medical Systems of Tustin, CA, has promoted Lawrence Dentice to the position of general manager. He was also named a senior vice president and an officer of the company.
Dentice has been Toshiba's vice president, sales, since he joined the company in 2002. He replaces former general manager Edwin Lodgek, who has left the company, Toshiba said.
As general manager, Dentice will lead Toshiba's full-line sales, marketing, service, and business operations teams, as well as the ultrasound business unit, the company said.
