Canadian magnetoencephalography (MEG) developer VSM MedTech has replaced president and CEO Jack Price, the company reported this week.
Replacing Price will be Paul Murdoch, who has been with the company since 2004 in the position of vice president, customer services.
VSM also reported that three of the company's four directors except Ross Smith have resigned. Smith has appointed Murdoch, James M. Carter, and Martin Mueller-Romheld as directors to fill the vacancies.
