Flywheel has named Matthew A. Michela as its next CEO. He replaces Hooman Hakami, Flywheel's interim CEO, who has joined the Flywheel board of directors as chair.
Michela comes to Flywheel from a career as a founder, CEO, and board member for multiple healthcare ventures.
He will lead the company's next phase of growth by helping healthcare and life science companies with imaging data aggregation, curation, management, and analysis. Flywheel added that this also includes making way for collaboration and streamlining the development of AI.
