ASRT offers tapes on imaging careers

The American Society of Radiologic Technologists has produced a 28-minute video on careers in radiology, entitled "Career Encounters: Radiologic Technology." Students who are currently enrolled in imaging programs narrate the video, which includes segments on sonography and radiation therapy.

The video features students and instructors from several institutions in the U.S., such as the nuclear medicine program at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Allied Health in Boston.

To order the video, contact the ASRT at 800-444-2778. The cost is $10 plus shipping, and includes 20 copies of an explanatory brochure. Volume discounts are available.
