The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists is providing a news release template that can be used to publicize technologists' credentials with the organization. The St. Paul, MN-based group believes that publicizing the ARRT credential will promote imaging facilities' commitment to quality, as well as recognize the professionalism of its staff.
The organization will make the downloadable text of the release available on its Website (http://www.arrt.org/) in August. Technologists will be able to fill in their names and facility information, then forward the customized release to media outlets such as local newspapers and hospital newsletters, the ARRT said.
