Dr. Suresh Mukherji has been named chair of the radiology department at Michigan State University (MSU).
Mukherji is an expert in head and neck imaging and was division director of neuroradiology at the University of Michigan for many years.
He has published 13 textbooks, 74 book chapters, and more than 300 scientific papers and has served as an investigator on 26 grants. He is also a senior editor for three professional journals, according to a statement released by the university.
