X-ray technology developer Control-X Medical has introduced its Z-Motion universal radiography system in the U.S. and certain international markets.
Z-Motion, which has received U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) clearance and the CE Mark, allows users to obtain practically any type of exposure from one flat-panel digital detector, Control-X said.
It requires a minimum ceiling height of only 94 inches, and it features the ability to use both motorized and manual movement in all system motions, according to the vendor.
