Fujifilm Healthcare Americas has launched a new portable digital radiography (DR) system called the FDR Go iQ.
The system is designed for hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers and is equipped with touchscreen controls and a display at the tube head, the company said.
Other features include the following:
A built-in 3D camera for positioning guidance, motion detection, auto source-to-image distance (SID), and tube-to-detector angle
Built-in smart charging
Forward and backward inching controls at the tube to simplify precise positioning
FDR D-EVO III ultralightweight, glass-free detectors in 14" by 17", 17" by 17", 10" by 12", and 17" by 32” for long-length intraoperative use
The company will unveil FDR Go iQ at the Association for Medical Imaging Management's annual meeting, to be held August 3 to 5 in Las Vegas.
