Bristol-Myers Squibb Medical Imaging of North Billerica, MA, and Fujisawa Healthcare of Deerfield, IL, have entered into a co-promotion agreement in the U.S. for Fujisawa’s Adenoscan, a pharmacologic stress agent used in myocardial perfusion imaging.
Under the agreement, Bristol-Myers Squibb Medical Imaging will receive a co-promotion fee based on sales of Adenoscan as outlined under the contract, which runs through 2005. Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.
