Skeletal radiotherapy provider NeoRx has promoted COO Karen Auditore-Hargreaves to president.

Auditore-Hargreaves will continue to serve as COO, and will replace previous president Jack Bowman. Bowman will remain chairman and CEO at the Seattle-based vendor.
