Hermes taps Howell to lead U.K. unit

Swedish imaging software and IT provider Hermes Medical Solutions has tapped Stewart Howell as general manager for U.K. operations, and business development for its Nuclear Diagnostics U.K. company.

Howell comes to Hermes with extensive experience in the U.K and European nuclear medicine and PET markets. He served stints as sales and marketing director for the nuclear medicine/oncology division of Philips Medical Systems Europe, and vice president of sales for ADAC Europe, according to Stockholm, Sweden-based Hermes.
