Siemens, Gamma Medica expand partnership

PHILADELPHIA – Siemens Medical Solutions of Malvern, PA, and Gamma Medica of Northridge, CA, have expanded their marketing relationship for Gamma Medica's X-SPECT preclinical molecular imaging system.

Under the terms of the deal, Siemens will gain exclusive worldwide marketing rights for X-SPECT, an integrated SPECT/CT system. Siemens has held U.S. rights for X-SPECT since July 2003.
