Immunomedics has settled its patent infringement suit against Cytogen and C.R. Bard for an undisclosed payment and without any admission of fault or liability.
The Morris Plains, NJ-based firm filed suit in February 2000, alleging that Cytogen's ProstaScint product infringed Immunomedics' U.S. Patent No. 4,460,559, which claims a method for detecting and localizing tumors.
