Multimodality vendor Philips Medical Systems reported that it recently installed its 500th CardioMD system, the firm's dedicated nuclear cardiology gamma camera designed for an office-based practice.
Launched in 2001, CardioMD was the first compact, office-based fixed-90 nuclear cardiology gamma camera, according to the Andover, MA-based vendor.
