International Isotopes taps COO

Radioisotope manufacturer International Isotopes has named James Mayer as chief operating officer (COO).

Mayer comes to the newly created position with more than 25 years of management experience in the U.S. Navy, as well as civilian corporations, according to the Idaho Falls, ID-based firm. He most recently served as facility manager, senior project engineer, and production manager at a Fortune 500 company, International Isotopes said.
