Belgian radiopharmaceutical firm Ion Beam Applications (IBA) of Louvain-la-Neuve posted strong revenue increases but also a decline in profit in 2007.
IBA enjoyed sales growth of 25%, from 170.2 million euros ($261.5 million U.S.) in 2006 to 213.8 million euros ($328.5 million) in 2007. But income for the period was down 53%, from 30 million euros ($46 million) in 2006 to 13.9 million euros ($21.3 million) in 2007.
