Draxis confirms sell-off rumors

Canadian radiopharmaceutical developer Draxis Health of Montreal confirmed that it is in discussions that could lead to a sale of the company to another firm.

Draxis declined to provide any additional information, other than to say that it is "in exclusive discussions regarding a potential transaction that could lead to a sale of the company."
