Biopharmaceutical firm Cytogen's 2007 financial statements included in the company's annual report included a "going-concern" qualification regarding the firm's long-term viability, the firm reported.
The audit opinion of KPMG contained the qualification, Princeton, NJ-based Cytogen said. Rules covering listings on the Nasdaq stock exchange, where Cytogen is listed, require companies to publicly announce an audit opinion of going concern.
