Siemens Healthcare is showing its IQ-SPECT technology as a work-in-progress at this week's annual SNM meeting in New Orleans.
IQ-SPECT is a new feature for the company's Symbia gamma camera that offers cardiac evaluation capabilities, including perfusion, attenuation correction, and calcium scoring, according to the Malvern, PA-based vendor. It will be available for all new Symbia S and Symbia T systems and will be field-upgradeable for any existing Symbia S and Symbia T systems, Siemens said.
