Turkish radiopharmaceutical producer Monrol plans to open a PET radiopharmaceutical production facility in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, early next year, the company said.
The plant will be operated by Monrol under a long-term cyclotron management and operations agreement with Unimed, a member of a group of companies owned by the firm Mohamed & Obaid Almulla. The joint venture will operate under the name of Monrol UAE and will supply enough FDG to satisfy U.A.E.'s demand, Monrol said.
