Imaging services provider Alliance Imaging of Anaheim, CA, has acquired a mobile PET/CT firm based in Illinois.
Alliance acquired Medical Outsourcing Services of Naperville, which serves 90 clients in nine states: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. The company generates approximately $22 million in annual revenue.
Alliance said it paid $20 million in cash and assumed indebtedness in the deal.
