Neoprobe revenue gains help trim net loss

Strong sales of its gamma detection units helped Neoprobe to a 49% increase in revenues in its second quarter.

For the period (end-June 30), the Dublin, OH-based firm had revenues of $2.3 million, up from $1.5 million in the second quarter of 2007. The company's revenue gains helped it trim its net loss to $1 million, compared with a net loss of $1.1 million a year ago.
