Imaging services firm Alliance Imaging has acquired mobile and fixed-site PET/CT provider Shared PET Imaging (SPI).
Alliance will pay approximately $43 million in cash and assumed indebtedness for the Canton, OH-based company. SPI currently generates approximately $29 million in annual revenue and serves approximately 90 clients in 13 states, according to Alliance of Newport Beach, CA.
In other Alliance news, the company has reaffirmed its financial guidance for 2008. In addition, the company said it expects 2009 revenue will range from $536 million to $551 million, with adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, deprecation, and amortization (EBITDA) to range from $187 million to $202 million.
