MRI contrast developer Epix Medical of Cambridge, MA, has set the price for its follow-on public offering of common stock. The company is offering 4.3 million shares at a cost of $15 per share. The shares are being offered from a registration statement covering shares that became effective in January.
SG Cowen and Wells Fargo Securities are co-lead managers of the offering, and will receive an option to purchase an additional 645,000 shares within 30 days to cover any over-allotments incurred in the offering, according to the company.
