MRI-compatible device firm Biophan Technologies of West Henrietta, NY, has added Mark Ladd, Ph.D., and Harald Quick, Ph.D., to its scientific advisory board.
Ladd is professor and director of biomedical imaging at the Institute for Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology and Neuroradiology at the University Hospital in Essen, Germany, while Quick is an associate professor of radiology and senior physicist at the institution. Ladd also serves as vice president for research and development at German MRI technology developer MR-Innovation, while Quick is founder, president, and CEO at the German firm.
