Invivo aids in conjoined twin procedure

Orlando, FL-based Invivo had a hand in last year's study to surgically separate a pair of conjoined twins at the Lucile Packard Children's Hospital at the Stanford University Medical Center in Stanford, CA.

Invivo supplied two of its Precess MRI patient monitors to monitor the Costa Rican twins simultaneously.

The Invivo Precess features wireless ECG, wireless SpO2, and wireless remote displays, which enabled the Precess to monitor and transport the twins from CT to MRI. The wireless parameters also aid in the safe monitoring of both twins without the risk of heating or burning.
