Analogic finishes Copley purchase

Medical imaging firm Analogic of Peabody, MA, has completed its acquisition of MRI gradient amplifier manufacturer Copley Controls of Canton, MA.

Analogic paid $76.9 million for Copley, which will now operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Analogic.
