ImagingU has launched a new online MRI technologist assistant certification course.
The course includes lessons on key terminology, MRI safety, patient care, exam positioning, and venipuncture and injection technique. It also includes two certification exams to help participants track their progress and readiness to perform the job, the company said. Finally, the course has been integrated into radiology and oncology service provider Akumin's training pathways for MRI assistants, according to ImagingU.
