Subtle Medical has secured clearance from Health Canada for its SubtleHD MRI image enhancement software.
SubtleHD enhances MRI diagnostic images and enables up to 80% shorter sequences, helping facilities increase daily scan volume, add additional slot times, and reduce backlogs, according to the company. The software is applicable to all regions of the body and employs advanced denoising and sharpening technology.
The clearance by Health Canada follows clearances for the AI software in Europe in March and in the U.S. in February.
