Elekta adds Kentucky install for Synergy

Swedish radiation therapy provider Elekta has received an order for its Synergy radiation treatment system from United Radiation Oncology in Lexington, KY.

The facility, which ordered the system in December 2003, will receive the linear accelerator-based system this year, according to Elekta of Stockholm.
