Elekta gets Polish Synergy install

Radiation therapy developer Elekta has placed its Synergy image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT) system at the Warsaw Cancer Center in Poland.

In addition to IGRT capabilities, the Synergy product can also deliver intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), according to the Stockholm, Sweden-based Elekta.
