Radiation therapy center operator US Oncology of Houston posted strong gains in revenue and net income for its first quarter of 2006 (end-March 31).
The company posted revenues of $701.7 million, up 20% compared with revenues of $584.6 million in the same period of 2005. The company's net income for the period was $7.6 million, compared with net income of $2.2 million in the first quarter of 2005.
