GE Medical Systems has finalized the acquisition of Thales Ultrasound Probes, a division of the Thales Group of Paris. Thales Ultrasound Probes is a supplier of custom extended-performance transducers for medical ultrasound and other applications, according to Waukesha, WI-based GE.
