U.K. software developer Ultromics has entered a clinical research agreement with Mayo Clinic.
The collaboration will make use of Mayo's cardiology expertise and feed real-world data into Ultromics' first product to market, EchoGo Core. Mayo Clinic will also take an equity stake in the company, the firm said.
EchoGo Core uses artificial intelligence (AI) and automates the analysis of echocardiograms to measure cardiac parameters that support decision-making with zero variability, Ultromics added.
