UltraSight has formed a clinical partnership with the academic health system Jefferson Health in Philadelphia, PA, for a clinical study and pilot of its Echo Stewardship Platform and AI-guided focused cardiac ultrasound.
Advanced practice providers will evaluate bedside echocardiography using AI-guided image acquisition for rapid right-ventricular assessment in patients with suspected pulmonary embolism, the company noted.
Imaging acquired using UltraSight will be compared with transthoracic echocardiography to determine concordance in RV assessment and to understand how AI-supported workflows may accelerate decision-making and improve efficiency across clinical care settings.
The pilot is funded in part by the Israel Innovation Authority through the Jefferson-Israel 2025 Health Tech Pilot Program.
