Women’s imaging vendor Fischer Imaging of Denver has delayed the filing of its 10-Q quarterly report for the first quarter of fiscal 2003 (end-March 30). The firm said it is working to file its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2002, which will include restated financial statements for 2000 and 2001. The company plans on concurrently filing both the 10-K and 10-Q forms.
Fischer announced a delay in filing its 2002 results in April, pending a review of its financial statements by auditing firm Ernst & Young, which in mid-2002 replaced Fischer’s previous auditors, the now-defunct accounting firm Arthur Andersen.
