R2, CADx dismiss litigation

Computer-aided detection firms R2 Technology and CADx Systems have mutually agreed to dismiss patent infringement lawsuits involving the two firms. The dismissal includes claims brought by R2 and Shin-Ping Wang in September 2002, as well as claims brought by CADx parent Qualia Computing in October 2002, according to R2 of Sunnyvale, CA, and CADx of Beavercreek, OH. No further details were provided.
