Contrast-enhanced CT image (C) from a different patient shows extensive pancreatic ductal dilatation with relative parenchymal preservation. Endoscopic image (D) from a third patient shows mucin extruding from a prominent papilla; contrast-enhanced CT image (E) shows a dilated main pancreatic duct.
